The Challenge
The current ecosystem consists of ASP.NET Webforms integrated with legacy Windows-based applications and WordPress sites. Following the sudden dissolution of the previous development firm, we have been left with no technical documentation or support. Consequently, critical system failures have halted all accreditation, certification, and verification workflows for medical providers.
Our Solution
To resolve these challenges, we conducted an intensive technical recovery and reverse-engineering phase to map the undocumented dependencies between the ASP.NET Webforms, Windows applications, and WordPress integrations. We stabilized the environment by performing a comprehensive security audit and credential overhaul, followed by a systematic debugging of the critical bottlenecks that had halted medical provider workflows. With the core accreditation and verification systems now fully restored and optimized, we have transitioned into a role of proactive management, providing dedicated ongoing support and maintaining a newly established knowledge base to ensure long-term system reliability.
